Minimum Order is £200 for carriage paid - Orders under £200 will carry a £10 carriage fee (applies to UK Mainland only).

1. While we will use reasonable endeavours to meet any estimated delivery date, such date will be approximate only.

2. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.

3. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

4. You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

If you are a business, these terms are governed by English law. This means that a contract, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), will be governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Returns Policy

Faulty/damaged/incorrect items:

Please contact us within 30 days from invoice date, stating the reason the items are being returned. If we are not notified within the 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse to refund your account.

Returned items should be in original perfect condition, unused and in the original sealed packaging, complete with tags where applicable.

Please ensure you mark the items for the attention of the Great British Card Company, Unit 3, St Modwen Park, Haresfield, Stonehouse, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ.

We will arrange collection of the items for you.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will do our utmost to issue replacement items. If we are unable to issue a replacement a full refund will be processed and refunded to your account..
